Ceiling hooks are a great solution for hanging your Aerial Yoga swing at home. The rigging is non-invasive and does not require a lot of space, just enough for you to practice. Swing can be taken off when not in use. Any ceiling? Unfortunately no. Hooks can only be installed in concrete ceiling. Make sure that the ceiling hooks are installed by someone professional or someone who know what they are doing.

If you live in a house with exposed wooden/metal beams or have an access to a venue with beams, then you are the lucky one! Beams are the easiest way to rig Aerial Yoga swing. However, we recommend that the strength and condition of breams is checked by a professional before using it.​
