Aerial Active - Our full body sequence. Core warm-ups leading to deeper stretches and inversions. Lunges and upper body work. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Beginners and Improvers - Slower paced class with more detailed instruction. Ideal for those who like a slower class or who would like extra assistance when learning a new skill. We start with a swing low and build up to more complex postures. You will be in a class full of people of similar ability and experience. Also, I good class for trainee/new Aerial Yoga teachers to attend and learn how to teach beginners.
Dynamic Workshop - It's the greatest hits of Aerial Yoga in one crowd pleasing package. Ideal for friends who are looking for an interesting weekend experience. An excellent choice for athletic types, who don't particularly like Yoga, but do enjoy being challenged. Also great for those who enjoy the more dynamic, creative and suspended features of Aerial Yoga.
Relax & Restore Workshop - This is the class for you if you want to be reached mentally and emotionally as well as physically in a Yoga class. We start with joint freeing exercises and move progressively through deeper stretches and inversions. We finish with a long period of restful postures and guided relaxations. If you are ready for a deeper experience of Yoga, this is the class for you.
